Time to face our critics! In the day of our presentation we were nervous because you never know was is going to happen. You do your best work and you like it, but for others it may not look appealing our they would think is more creative. We begin by talking about Illusion lines the design process and the struggles that we faced why by the way were many. But our Professor encouraged us to identified a lines, like our dress had diagonal, verticals and curved, That what were doing was different and innovative. Hearing inspired us to work harder and believe in ourselves.

What are 'norms?"Why is it important for an organization or group to have set of "norms"by which they function?
The norms are rules that can be apply to a job, home, parenting, and school. To have an organization or group is important because it allows individuals to perform a tasks more efficiently. It also helps people to find information or items more easier and faster. Moreover, allows people to work together to follow that agreement. Setting of norms in each section identifies which task is more important in that workplace that makes employees more productive. Also the function of norm is to command certain behavior prescribe of meaning of act. For example, in factory of clothing to set of norms are good standards in clothes and workers. In addition, norms in our lives are important it help us to have discipline in our daily lives, and teach us how to behave in certain circumstances

Jumpsuit Fashion where it Began
The jumpsuit is came back fashionable in to 2010-2012. When the fashion runways showed it by designers such as Stella McCartney, Zuhair Murad. These designers got inspired in the jumpsuit making modern, and effortless looks. Celebrities like Rihanna, Madonna, and Beyonce made the jumpsuit popular. Now a these days , a jumpsuit is iconic garment it has been a trend in the last six years. In 1919, the first jumpsuit was invented by Florentine Thayat. During that time T shape was cut from one piece of cotton or African canvas. In addition, the jumpsuit continued to be a popular garment in the 30s, 50, and 60s. Thayat was considered it an universal item of clothing , a creative do-it-yourself and anti-bourgeois solution: seven bottoms, a belt, a straight cut, a few seams. The basic model was still the one worn by parachutists, skiers and aviators.
